1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item:

  • Is returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

  • Has not been opened, damaged, or altered.

  • Is accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless damaged or defective)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

  • A product with missing parts

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery if the item is eligible under this policy.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer replacements or exchanges only for:

We do not offer exchanges based on personal preference, including changes in flavor, size, color, or model, unless otherwise stated.

7. Return Shipping

We will bear the return shipping costs.

For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise agreed.

9. Supplement Disclaimer

Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, supplements that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.
